MarVal Enterprises shall consider an order lost in transit if it has not been received by the customer within 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date of shipment. In this case MarVal Enterprises will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier. Our shipping carrier may require the customer's assistance in this matter.

MarVal Enterprises has the right to substitute a similar item to the one ordered if the ordered product is currently out of stock. While MarVal Enterprises diligently updates its online inventory, problems do occasionally occur. In this case, a MarVal Enterprises team member will contact the customer via telephone and/or email to determine if they would like a substituted product or a refund for the product ordered. MarVal Enterprises will attempt contacting the customer no more than 3 business days before sending a similar product.
