What exactly is an e-cigarette?

An electronic cigarette, or e-cigarette, is a battery powered device that provides its user with inhaled doses of nicotine by way of a vaporized solution. The e-cigarette provides the user with the sensation of smoking since, upon exhale, a vapor is produced.

Can I use the e-cigarette to stop smoking?

The e-cigarette currently is not approved by the FDA as a smoking cessation device. Therefore, MarVal Enterprises does not market it as such. Instead, we explain to our customers that it is an alternative to smoking.

How long will a 10 ml bottle of e-juice last me?

A person who currently smokes 1 pack of cigarettes per day typically uses 1-10 ml bottle in about a week. However, this is highly dependent on how often you use your e-cigarette.

How long will my battery last?

Each battery has a life span of approximately 3 months. However, this is highly variable and depends on how often the battery is charged and used.

Is the e-cigarette safe to use and are there any side effects?

Currently, the FDA has not released any information on the health effects of e-cigarettes.

Tips and Suggestions

* Follow all instructions in your owner's manual.
* When filling a cartridge with e-juice, it is full when it has a slushy appearance.
* Never bite or chew on the cartridge. Doing so could present a choking hazard and/or ingestion of nicotine. In case of nicotine ingestion, flush mouth with fresh water and contact a physician or Poison Control Center immediately for further instructions.
* Use the e-cigarette as you would a normal cigarette. Allow the device time to cool in between uses. This will maximize its lifespan.
* Always keep your e-cigarette in an upright position (LED side up) when not in use. This prevents any liquid from entering into the electronic casing and causing malfunction.
* Allow your atomizer to drain on a clean paper towel or other clean and absorbent material daily. This will help to prevent buildup in the device and prolong its lifespan.
* If the e-cigarette is not producing vapor, it may be caused by a lack of e-juice or a low battery.
